I’ve seen postings stating that this device has been added to a VP but I’m not sure of the best way to do it or what to expect. I tried adding it a an Aeotec Range extender 6 but can’t get that to work. I’ve added it as a generic Z-wave device but how do I know it’s added correctly?. The device type is urn:schemas-micasaverde-com:device:GenericIO:1 and the device file is D_GenericIO1.xml. The UI shows on and Off buttons which seems wrong. Any suggestions?

Could you please try to set the device_json to D_Repeater.json under Advanced > Params?
Ok, that removed the on/off buttons. So it’s safe to assume that the range extender will function properly?
If the Configured variable value is 1 and the Repeater can see Neighbors (check the variable), it should work properly. If you share the SN via PM and remote access is enabled, I can take a look for you.
Configured is 1 so I think it’s OK
