Add a device takes forever

Sent an email to support on this, haven’t heard back from them.

My VeraLite is acting funky on battery add device (yes I changed the batteries).

It basically takes forever (and multiple device button presses) to accept the new device.

Add via Web GUI still works as normal tho.

How long have you had your Vera ? I just got mine for Christmas and I was having the same problem. At first I thought the veralite needed to be on wifi then seen only the vera3 has that .
