I have a Vera Plus that I installed a few weeks ago and finally got it integrated w/my Vista 21IP last week. I absolutely LOVE it!!! One of the issues I’m facing though is that I have 2 zones (1 motion & 1 front door) that show tripped when they are supposed to, but do not restore once the motion resets or door is closed. Because of this, whenever my Geofencing causes the alarm to go into Away Mode, I immediately get notifications from Vera about those 2 zones. How do I get them to clear in Vera when they are cleared on the panel?
I probably should add that I am using an AD2USB to integrate between Vera & my panel. (Not sure if that will b helpful…)
