979 - Invalid JSON?

I successfully upgraded to 979 today, and all was well. I started playing with scenes and some of my LUA code. During on of the saves, I get an error message (Invalid JSON). Now when I log in, I get the following. I have rebooted. Any ideas?

I just got my Vera last week, upgraded to 979 and everything had been fine all weekend. Today I changed and added some scenes and now I get this symptom, hoping the original poster or someone else found a way to solve this.

there are new version that have not been officially released. I think the latest is .993 or .994.

Is this 993/994 release consider stable? Where can I get it? Is there anyway to recover without reflashing the firmware? I was still in the process of setting things up, so I haven’t made a backup of my settings yet.

So, I decided to just reinstall 979 setting it back to factory default and reconfigure. Thanks to everyone that tried to help.
