yes, i remember reading a thread about bad experiences. i bought all my devices including vera2 from them. luckily, all of them were fine. after these bad reviews i tried to stay away from this online retailer.

I think its a case of caveat emptor!

I’ve made 3 orders now and everything thats been ordered has turned up fine.
