Does anyone know if you can use a 2Gig Go!Control with Vera to kick off scenes and luup scripts based on Alarm/Smoke/Security events from the Go!Control?

It appears that you can do this with zwave devices that are controlled by the Go!Control, but what I’d like to do is use the Go!Control only for (non-zwave) Security/Smoke/Alarm devices just as it would work stand alone. But have it also kick of events/scenes/luup in vera as a “backup” and extension.

For example, the Go!Control talks to the alarm company and fires off the sirens etc - but as added functionality, would like it to talk to Vera to send email, unlock all the vera controlled doors, turn on all lights in house, etc.

Any insight appreciated.

Please do a search. This has been answered many times. There is no way to have the 2Gig panel communicate with Vera. There is no interface available on the 2Gig panel to allow for communication.

Thx. I did search before posting and didn’t find anything - but I think I was probably searching within a sub-forum instead of root and came up empty handed. Just tried from root and I see quite a few threads. thx
