220V Z-Wave relay for US use

I have a property in the USA and I need to control a 220V device via my Vera3 (UI5). The load is very small (about 150mA) but it is 220V. In Europe I would use a Fibaro relay but these are not available in the US. I cannot seem to find a simple Z-Wave relay to operate at 220V, they all seem to be 120V or very complex and expensive.

Any ideas or recommendations?

Thanks, JohnK.

The Enerwave ZWN-RSM1S Z-Wave Smart Single Relay Switch Module with Bypass Function claims to be up to 227VAC. I’ve never used these, so I cannot confirm that they will work properly. I’d recommend contacting the manufacturer and asking them for a 220 wiring diagram.

Thanks for that - I will check it out.
