I have a ZXT-120 V1.5 (configured always listening, connected to USB power), it has been working fine all over the summer. Now i noticed the battery symbol in UI5 is black with a question mark. So i pressed configure node to get it reconfigured. That did not do anything. I looked at the ZXT-120 to press the button to wake it up. I noticed the LED was on, which is not normal. The LED is on for about 5 seconds, followed by 2 short flashes, stays off for about 5 seconds then repeats the cycle. I cannot find anything in the manual, and cutting the power for a minute and reconnecting it does not resolve the issue.
Any ideas ?
I have exactly the same problem. Did you solve the issue yet?
I have tried everything and dont know what to do next.
I have returned it and am waiting for a replacement. Nothing what I did got it back to life, so I am pretty sure it was not repairable

I actually got it working yesterday. I noticed that it was sending something all the time when in that mode. I set Vera in a exclude mode and the Remotec exluded itself immediately without even pressing the button. I did that many times and after fifth exclude cycle the Remotec stopped blinking and returned normal. After that i included it again to system and everything has worked after that.
Good to know for future reference. I did not even attempt a exclude as it was not responsive so did not see a point even trying. That was obviously wrong, I could have tried too. Would have been easier as I now have to include the replacement and change my logic to the new device…
