When viewing Network Routes or Quality I only see one device. There should be a Secure ST321 thermostat and several TKB TZ68E switches appearing. Have read other posts about this but am unable to perform a repair network (think this has been removed from UI7).
Also have recently upgraded from UI5 to 7.
Any help much appreciated.
PS Hope I did the right thing by starting a new thread!?

yes you did the right thing.
ALTUI version ?
you d need to try again and have the complete javascript console log from the start to the latest message. you can copy/paste the text to get it all.

no that does not really help as these error are not comign from ALTUI, most likely them come from UI5 or UI7
try to close ALL windows and open just ALTUI main page. then open javascript console CTRL+SHIFT+J on chrome , then click on the little ‘no parking’ sign on the top left corner of the console
then go to ALTUI main window, force a refresh, then go into the zwave quality page to observe your issue
then go to console and copy paste the content
Yes indeed - trust I have not revealed anything of consequence! So … tried it on a clean(er) machine and no logs appear at all now!? Hope this is good news …
that is all you get ? you have only one device with either ManualRoute or AutoRoute variable and this one does not even have a valid route ( it finished with an x which means invalid )…
I am afraid the route quality diagram cannot draw anything as it relies on these AutoRoute or ManualRoute variables. but that is really strange…
to be sure, you may check the output of the MISC / DEBUG / All Devices to verify what devices have a route information or not
thx
ok so I looked at it and indeed I see no indication of manual or auto route. maybe that is the new way the latest UI7 firmware is dealing with route but I have no documentation on that, so for now, cannot do much about it. the graph is not functional in that case. will come back on it if I find some documentation on this new route management of the latest UI7. thx
If you have UI7.09 you can run the: Z-Wave Settings, Repair function with checking the “Only update Vera routing (overrides other settings)” option. That populated the autoroute variable for all my devices on UI7.
Not sure this still exists on 7.10 as I am not brave enough to install that yet ;D
Downgraded to v. 7.09 which is firmware 1.7.619 (why don’t they keep things simple?!) and followed reneboer’s advice. Works! Thanks both - the .10 firmware release has a big change relating to the z-wave chip and as someone else pointed out it should be viewed as a .0 release!
happy you have a way forward, however if anybody finds out how .10 firmware routing works and is memorized inside the user_data, please let me know so I can adjust
