Approximately every three minutes I get the following messages: “Zwave: Configuring devices on your system”, and "Running lua startup (for Plugins)'. When this happens, the zwave led on my Vera Edge goes off, and there is no communication either from my PC or mobile.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Sounds like your edge is rebooting, which is not all that uncommon when you have a problem. But that problem could be anything.
What plugins do you have installed? and can you tell what you do right before it reboots? Do you have PLEG?
I did a “Canesta Connect Plugin” update. I have a Lutron Smart Bridge Pro. The only thing I could think of that is causing the reset is that I set up the Lutron system at my desk then moved the switches and bridge to a different location. I installed the switches in their permanent location after testing.
