Zigbee: Failed to start/Bluetooth: Failed to start

VeraSecure started saying that Zigbee and Bluetooth failed to start. I tried going to “Settings” → “Net & Wi-fi” → “Reboot” but, when it finished booting, the same error was there. Suggestions?
