zdw103 configuration issue

Have wired up canister lighting with a ZDW103 and a AS101W.

Everything works ok, except the light level only seems to be at about 80% when turned “ON”

I can tell this, because when turning the switch off from the AS101W, the lights briefly flicker to 100% for about 1 second, then begin to dim.

The wiring was done by a professional electrician, so I feel comfortable with that.

Any ideas?

What type of bulb?

You don’t want to run CFL’s with these type of switches.
