I recently changed from Vera 3 to Vera Edge. My Yamaha plugin does not work anymore. I get the error: “Can’t Detect Device”. I deleted the device and re-installed it, and I still get the same error message.

I also added a new device. I do not get the error massage on that, but when I try to create a scene (on either one), I am unable to toggle between On/Off. I even tried turning on the receiver from the device screen. That doesn’t work either.

I have the same issue, with UI5 and Vera3 Yamaha receiver works perfectly, I installed also the new VERA EDGE PLUS and UI7 and the app is non responsive even though I have copied over the ip and mac addresses from the UI5 side. I don’t get an error message but the app is not communicating with the Yamaha AV receiver, hoping to get a response from the developer of this app.

i just finally got it to work, after a few reloads of lump engine and page refresh, it took about 20-30 mins for the ip communications to finally synch and connect with the receiver , i can power up or off and change inputs etc. Always ensure your receiver is set to power standby as well.
