I’m having trouble resetting PIN codes in the Vera website. Under devices, I click on the lock and the PIN codes…and there’s NOTHING there. And we have a few codes that work every day.
Why can’t I see them? I even tried using Safari vs. Firefox.

I have found with the Yale Lock, it’s best to manually input all your pin codes via the lock and write down the codes and the number you have linked it to. Then jump back on Vera set-up and go from there.
