Sorry to bump this thread again, But im happy to report the Yale lock is now functioning as it should. this is a user error completely. The bolt hole was simply not deep enough, the lock reported as unlocked because the bolt was not fully extending, It finally gave me that error. So I made it a little deeper, and like magic she is functioning just like it should!!!
