Couldn’t see any related plugins but figured they are pretty common device out there now as they are a far better value option than the Roomba’s thought someone may have some LUA code or something written for basically functionality.
I’m also waiting for this… Not that its a big problem using the app, but it would be nice to get it into the main system.
I know one guy here controls it using iobroker as a intermideary, that SW has both a Ziaomi plugin an API you can call with Vera… But its not freeware, and there’s definately a better way if some LUA guys look closer at it.

Exactly man, agree with what your saying. App is fine and I have a general schedule and thats all good. There is potential for some useful smarts around the Vac integration with the house though. Rather than a static schedule of “vacuum on x day at x time” as Vera knows more about what is going on in the house at the time you could build in the smarts to know that if you are doing something outside your normal day to day (e.g. stayed up later in the lounge watching a movie) then its smart enough not to kick of a clean an interrupt etc.

Biggest problem seems to be getting hold of and keeping track of the encrypt/decrypt token. Plus it likes to phone home with all you WiFi credentials.
Other than should be readily possible to write a plugin.[/quote]
yeh agreed great value due to the price/performance. I believe there is a new version that also has mopping ability. Interesting on the connection front, I wish I had the extra time I would give writing something a go. Fingers crossed someone with more knowledge of plugin writing will step up to assist as definitely looks like there is interest out there
