X10 Lighting Scheduled from a Honeywell Ademco 20P - Is this Possible?

Hi,

I understand that the Ademco 20P panel provides some level of support for X10 devices.

For example, when an event (such as a door opening) occurs it can trigger an X10 light to turn on.

What I want to do (hopefully) is to have lights turned on and off by schedule (rather than by event triggering). For example, I would like to use the scheduling capability in the 20P to schedule lights to go on and off at various times (such as on 6PM and off at 10PM).

I’m wondering if any installers or users can confirm that 20P scheduled lighting will work with X10 devices?

Thanks!

This is a question best asked of Honeywell of a Honeywell forum.

Since you are not using a Vera, it is less likely that this Vera forum will be helpful.

Thanks - I thought I saw some Honeywell/Ademco and X10 users here. Still up for any info if anyone knows but I’ll keep looking around on the web, etc.

Yes… It is possible… but you need the 1361X10 AC Transformer and a 4120TR trigger cable… It is also limited to 16 devices and 32 schedules, so is rather limited… AND they are becoming very hard to find…
