My veralite is down from a firmware upgrade. Been calling them all morning, I would be put on hold for awhile then I would get a “goodbye” and it hangs up on me.
Last time when I had email for support, it took 2 days before I hear anything back. I’ve only owned the VL for less than 3 months and the unit failed to response multiple times.
Unfortunately, posting here will get you no help. These forums are not monitored by Vera Support.
Post on their FaceBook page and you might get immediate results.

I have had limited success with email/tickets as well. They eventually get back to you…maybe.
In the few times I have called that has been answered right away and I have found that to be best way for me.
