One final attempt on this thing before tossing… I once had my locks working OK along with lights. Controller locked up, showed permanently as offline, required factory reset and lost all devices. Re-programmed most things, however although it recognizes my 3 door locks now it always says “please wait, getting secure classes” and locks do not function. This controller has been the most frustrating thing I have ever owned. hopefully someone has some suggestions. Tech support has been useless, needing to schedule myself to be home around their hours defeats the purpose of an automation controller. Sorry just major frustration with this thing. All i want it to do is control my locks and light timers. Reverted back to apps for all other devices.
