Anyone know of a way to to:

  1. Send a notification only if the sensor has been active for 5 min?
    I just want to know if some doors have been propped open. If door is closed in under 5 min, no notification.

  2. Get a notification on a tamper ( sensor removed from door ).
    I see the sensor transmit a message ( led on device blinks ) but I see no change in status in Vera and I see no options in Scenes to program against this.

Well, sensor doesn’t care, it send notification on Open and on Close.
Such an event can trigger a scene, where in Luup section you can remember last status, check, and enable/disable scene execution

I am a newbie. Is there link to a sample scene or details I could refer to ?
