I was able to stumble my way through (thanks to the forums) of getting my door sensors to trigger my thermostats to shut off if a door is left open. But it took me a while.

I want to create a pool door alarm sequence. I am willing to pay and give you user access while it’s being programmed. Here is an outline:

-Door sensors
*When a door is opened…
-Delay
*wait 7 seconds
-Push button device
*If the button is pressed, do not sound the siren for 7 seconds
*If the button is not pressed, sound immediately
-Sound the siren

**If the door is opened and closed without pressing the button, the siren sounds
**If the button is pressed BEFORE or AFTER the door is opened (within 7 seconds), the siren does not sound for 7 seconds after the door is opened
