Wiki Needs YOU! Update the 'Supported Hardware' page

[ul][li]Are you a Vera power-user?
Comfortable editing a wiki page?
Deployed a Z-Wave (or other protocol) device with your Vera?
Would others benefit from knowing how you got a particular device to work?
[/li][/ul]

[glow=green,2,300]Then it’s time to share your knowledge![/glow]

Go edit:
http://wiki.micasaverde.com/index.php/Supported_Hardware

Or simply post your results here, and one of us will add your entry to the Wiki. Please provide:

[ul][li]Manufacturer[/li]
[li]Device Type[/li]
[li]Model no.[/li]
[li]Version[/li]
[li]Date Purchased[/li]
[li]Location (indoor/outdoor)[/li]
[li](Link to) Specs[/li]
[li](Link to) Product Review[/li]
[li]Notes[/li][/ul]

I have a lot of tested EU products here: http://zwaves.dk/wiki/index.php/Produkter (Danish.)

But Micasaverde has Blocked my access to micasaverde.com. (Not on purpose, but i can’t get in. This is written from work. Not a way to make frinds with the boss.)

Maybe someone can use Google translations to add them to the Micasaverde wiki?

Regards
Morten

I’d be happy to help translate and add your submissions, if you leave them as “REPLIES” here in this thread.
Thank you.

There is 28 of them (and some things not tested with Vera) in a wiki table.

Is that a good idea?

Perhaps it would be better if you email your table directly to:
aaron (at) micasaverde (dot) com

He will have better control over what information MCV wants to include on the ‘Supported Hardware’ wiki. THANK YOU for your contribution!

Sorry if users get blocked. It has to do with fighting the constant flood of spam in the forums. Sometimes ip’s get blocked that shouldn’t

Can’t help replying to this… it illustrates so well what I was working on for MCV 11 years ago, and look how far we’ve come!

Thanks, but I no longer have the keys to the wiki.

I seriously doubt anyone maintains it any more.

Sorry I didn’t realise it was such an old thread.

@Sorin can we have the year showing on the dates on each of the posts ? Without having to hover over them.

Also this is an old thread imported from the old forum, and it seems old threads are not locked after a period of time.

Yet new threads created on this new forum platform are locked after 60 or 90 days or what ever we discussed.

Personally I really dislike forums that lock any old threads.

If there is an old thread with previous relevant information in it and someone wants to be able to dig that thread up to continue what was discussed or said back then I see no reason to stop them doing so.

Thanks

Not all categories are locking after 90 days but I’ll check this out.
Not sure about the year showing for posts. I’ll look this up as well.
