The Team page at http://getvera.com/about-us/team/ is full of managers. Who are they managing? The careers page says positions are open for several engineering or development roles but I don’t see any that are filled in the company? Who would the new applicants be working with?
They are top men!
I think that they need to can a few managers, and hire some support and engineering talent.
I’ve been unable to get my Vera Edge working since it’s been delivered, because of a rather generic “Error adding system to your account…” message.
Support over email and phone are both a dead end.
Ha!
This explains a lot. Glad I can still return my Vera.
