Which switch?

I got everything connected and all the tests pass but when I use it I only get one reply, “Which switch?” That is all that it ever does. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the server more times than I can count and I have unlinked and linked the account at least 10 times. Any suggestions? Using windows 10 as the server and using a google home

That’s weird, it was linked before. I linked it again but still get the same response “which switch?”

YOU MUST CLICK THE BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM OF THE LOCAL CONCIERGE SERVER config page.

The button is labeled:
Update Vera Concierge Server Cloud Info

This is NOT the same thing as Linking the Google Home device!!!

This is the button I pushed. It is located at the very bottom of the page. When I click on it I am sent to another page that shows my google account and vera with an option to test connectivity. I test connectivity and everything passes.

Are you sure you sent to the correct Vera Serial # … I still can’t find it.

Did you also click: “Unlink Vera Controllers from this Account” ? Only do this if you do NOT want to use this service anymore.

My power supply in my server just bit the dust. I’m getting a new one on Monday. I’ll take a screen shot and send it to you once I get it back up and running.

Do you have a Vera with Serial # 45010727 ?
Somehow it thinks that’s your current Vera … but it has no info for it.

So I have a bug, that I should not use the default Vera if it can’t find any info for it.

That was my old vera. I upgraded about 5 months ago.

Same error here. Two VeraEdge units on my account, and pressing the “Unlink” button under associated controller does nothing, tested under Chrome, IE and Firefox.

I fixed yours …

Until I fix the code, Others need to send me their new Vera Serial # if they have this problem and have changed their Veras.

Hi Richard, I am getting this ‘which switch’ issue.

my serial number is 3*

I cannot connect, I get an error “cant talk to you local concierge server”

“check the connectivity on your local concierge server”- I am not sure how to fix this
