Where did the DSC Alarm System Plugin go?

I was going to install the DSC Alarm Plugin but when I try to search for it on install apps it finds no record of this plugin. I’m running UI5 v1.5.622. See enclosed picture.

I followed your link with my Vera IP address, it only comes back “OK” under browser. Please kindly help.
