Where are the backups

I noticed a backup button.
Pressed and expected the file to be stored on my computer.

Where is the backup file stored , on vera itself? How do I transfer it to my computer so I can keep the file in a safe place.

Thanks,
Cor

I was going to lazy subscribe to this, but then I realized I already have the PLEG Basics document downloaded, and it’s probably in there. And it is:

PLEG includes a Backup button that will save a copy of the configuration to a file in Vera?s /etc/cmh-ludl folder.

When your building your kids bike and you end up with a unicycle… All else fails read the instructions. LOL

Unfortunately, ending up with a unicycle with Vera often means you’ll be riding on one wheel for a while.

You know, I posted the “solution,” but I went to try it out… and the backup isn’t where PLEG Basics specifies. I created a backup called “151218_PLEG_Backup,” and I can’t find a file anywhere on Vera with that name.

Seems your only wheel now has a FLAT. ;D

Ah , ok . Thanks … I need to download it with winscp than!

I was expecting a popup window where I could specify where to download the file.

Cor

So it does!
