Where are my logs?

Trying to diagnose and otherwise troubleshoot unexplained Vera reboots.

I have USB logging turned on.

LuaUPnP.log is in /tmp/log/cmh.

And I have a bunch of older LuaUPnP logs from in the past (May 20th etc) but nothing from yesterday, the day before, or even this morning.

Where have these gone? What other options should I look into?

Search on this forum for ELVira. It’s an Excel macro based log reader. Very helpful and easy to read.

It sounds like you have checked “Store logs on USB device”. Did you also uncheck “Archive old logs on server”? If it is set to archive logs, the logs that get archived are deleted from the USB stick.

Also be sure that the USB stick is mounted, healthy and has free space.
