As @garrettwp indicated: there are some current topics on the HSM100, the HSM100-S2, problems, etc. A search should pop them up.
As prev poster indicated the HSM-100 currently being sold will not work properly with vera, several of us who have them are hoping for a fix from MCV but the last communication i recieved from them over a month ago is they are waiting to hear from the manufacturer

Just a heads-up on searching. I find Google’s search tool a lot easier than MCV’s search box. Just go to Google and type in:
HSM100 sensor site:forum.micasaverde.com or whatever.
