Weird, Vera3 not responsive....

Everything has been working great, but yesterday my thermostat decided not to be able to talk to Vera. Usually when this happens, I see a “Communication Lost” message on the thermostat. So I tried deleting it and re-adding it to Vera.

I rebooted the Vera and notice:

  • Took over 10 mins to stop flashign red/green

  • Finally, all of the lights that need to be green are on

  • My lights and such that are controlled by motion sensors, etc all work

BUT

I cannot log in to Vera via local IP or home.getvera.com. Also, I cannot SSH into it either - connection times out.

Any idea on what I an do to troubleshoot?

Did Vera’s IP change? Check your DHCP server. Although, it should still work remotely. Perhaps another reboot is in order.
