Wall plug switches: what brands are reliable?

Hello everybody,

I was wondering if anyone can offer some feedback on the quality and reliability and lifetime of wall plug switches.

What brand would you recommend?

Everspring appears to be one of the most affordable but are they any good? Any experiences with the Fibaro product? (I love the design and look & feel of these products but are they any good?)

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences!

Hi Jan

The only experience I have is with a GE/Jasco wall unit (GE 45605) and it has worked perfectly for the past three years.

to my knowledge there are no UK wall sockets on the market. I was going to start looking into integrating the vera light with LightWave as they have affordable double sockets (less than 30 quid as apposed to two plug in z-wave modules for 50-60 quid)

I went down the same route, and used Lightwave UK sockets (from B & Q) together with RFXtrx usb device, as well as a dimmer and lightwave bulb. Works very well with Vera and particularly PLEG.
