New user who recently ran into a problem. I am in the process of setting up my new system and was in the process of setting up a new Vistacam SD for myself. I ran into a little problem though. I was following the steps on http://support.micasaverde.com/customer/portal/articles/1109651--vistacam-sd-make-vistacam-sd-work-wirelessly to connect.
In the process of the setup when I was in the ip portal for the Vistacam device I decided to change the username/password combo from the default admin setting. However now its not accepting the username/password combo I thought I used. Is there anyway to reset it to factory default and/or get support to change the login info for the vistacam?
