VistaCam PT Pan/Tilt IP Camera

Hey guys i have a probelme that i cant seem to figure out. I have sucessfully added this camera to my dashboard…When i go to the cameras IP address, i can view the camera, however, when i view from my dashboard or my app…Nothing shows up. Any suggestions?

My opinion is that the camera is online and connected to wifi just fine. However, it is not configured all the way in your dashboard. Once your dashboard works the MMS Vera app should work as well.

On the dashboard, did the apps for VistaCam UI5 and UI6 install to the VeraLite unit?

Did you use DHCP reservation for your camera’s IP address?

Did you verify if the same IP is being used in the advanced settings of the camera on the dashboard?

Did you change the default “admin” and auto generated password?

These are only guesses, it took me some time to get this thing working. Also, you could repair paths in the dashboard and overnight the Vera system will eventually find the camera and it should be ok.
