VistaCam install not working....

I have tried installing the VistaCam several times according to instructions that came with unit to no avail.

Instructions are pretty basic, plug the cat5 into camera and the vera3. Plug in power and in about 60 secs the camera should show up. Never worked for me. have put in a support ticket.

Anyone have ideas how to get this to work?

Guess I am the only one who bought the Vista camera and no response from MCV yet.

Just a heads up. Most of MCV is closed this week due to the holidays. So support will be slow.
