Vision Shock and Vibration Sensor

I bought a shock and vibration sensor from vision. It includes perfectly into my vera lite. But than, nothing. As I move the sensor (even the magnet inside) it won’t trigger the vera.

Does anybody know what I could try more to make it work. I excluded and included it a few times. I configured it, but nothing seems to make it work. I can’t poll the sensor, except when I open it and it will wake up.

I have one at home which I never mounted, I will give it a try tonight.

Does the LED on the sensor light up whenn you move it? According to the manual it should. Did the configuration run through properly?

It configured flawlessly. You can poll it when the lid is open, but once closed it is not reachable anymore. With movement the light Will not show.

The fact that LED isn?t indicating anything goes to show that the internal circuitry of the sensor is working and there is no issue with the vibration of the sensor. So the issue that you?re facing here becomes simpler. Have you tried reconfiguring it to see if it works? Also please try to poll it first by opening the lid and check if it?s working as desired. The problem or the issue has to be diagnosed by you here since we don?t have pictures and don?t know what the setup looks like.
