Not a Vera related thread !

I have a ZM1702 which working perfectly on the electronic and z-wave part.

But the motor is in 9 out of 10 try not able to move the deadbolt.
Its seems the gear has some sort of Clutch which releases about 3 times, then the lock beeps 3 times and give up.

Does anyone has semilar experiences ?
And hopefully a solution.

Had the same when i installed it. It because the deadlock bolt has to much friction with the plate. Try to re screw the endplate or file it up a small bit if needed.

the strange thing is … it moves really easy …
i can move the deadbolt with my fingers using the Zylinder came with the lock … (and the plate is really small) :wink:
so this can’t be a torque issue … (i hope)
