Virtual on/off switch status in vera apps

Hi

Wonder if anyone can help. I use both the vera mobile apps on android and windows phone, and neither will show me, or allow me to change, the status of virtual switches. Any ideas why and if I can resolve the problem?

ON an Andriod phone you can switch to a better app. Imperihome would be my choice. They have support for Multiswitch. Windows Phone… Whats a windows phone? LOL I’m not sure what app to use on that.

I have never had a problem controlling the virtual switch via vera app on android but I have not needed it for some time and cannot confirm it still works under the latest firmware.

Maybe we should be more specific.

Which Virtual Switch are we talking about? I’m assuming your talking about a plugin. And I guess I only use the “MultiSwitch Plugin” vs single one.

I know only certain apps support certain aftermarket Plugins.

Grasshopper is the Windows Phone App, it does work with Virtual Switch
