Viewing Archived Video?

Hi folks - I set up two Foscams with my system – an outdoor FI8904W, and an indoor FI8910W. I’ve tried archiving some video clips, but when I go to Archive and find a movie file and click on it, I see garbage text with the header below. Looks like it’s trying to read this as an image as opposed to let me download the file? Anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks.

I am experiencing the same problem. It is occurring with the FI8904W, VistaCam PT, and VistaCam SD.

I decided to contact their AWFUL tech support. Their response:

Reviewing video archives is not available yet and there is not an update as to when that will be released. Although, they are in the process of developing that.

thats what they told me a year ago too…
i wouldnt count on it to work soon. new version of this video archiving would need a montly subscription and payment so it seems thus i think that we are not going to see a free working version soon :frowning:
