View Open Trouble Ticket

Anyone know where I can view the status of an open trouble ticket?

We don’t have a ticket system right now. If you have an opened ticket to our support team, it will be answered in less than 2 (working) days. We usually to be faster than that, only over the weekend we don’t succeed (because we have a lot of emails over the weekend).

I have one thats been open for over 5 days now (device 7761) Can somebody chase it up?

That’s not true. I’ve replied yesterday asking you to enable the remote assistance. And yesterday I’ve looked at your Vera unit and pass it to our Remote Control developer. We will reply with the solution as soon as we have one.

But nobody replied though which would have been nice. As i pointed out the tech support was still enabled, i started turning off my modem and router at night to save energy because so much time had gone by i figured it got lost. I just re-enabled the tech support this morning as i thought it had expired for sure this time.

I do a support job myself and when a ticket is raised i always reply to say its now being looked into and give an ECD after of when the investigation is complete.

Hi,
On the same day I’ve replied to your last email, I’ve forwarded the problem to the developers (directly to Aaron). We had in the past a ticketing application and we consider re-open it. Then it will be more easily to track everyone’s request.

The ticketing system is a must. I work with about 100 issue a week and i’d be lost without it.
