I upgraded my vacation property from a Vera2 to a VeraSecure about 6 months ago, and it has been working great. However, the unit went offline about a week ago and I haven’t been able to get it to come back online. I’ve removed the battery a couple of times to restart the unit with no success. The following lights are blinking and the rest are solid green:
- Internet
- Service
- Cellular
Since this is on remote property, I would like to get this unit back online as soon as possible. Any ideas?
