I’ve had my veralite for a bout 2 months now with 4 devices installed. Everything worked fine until a few days ago when I noticed that events were not taking place (lights not coming ON & OFF when scheduled to).
When I logged in to my veralite using the web portal, I noticed that all the devices I had setup were now gone!
The room names remain, but nothing in them!
I have not had any power failures (that I know of) and the veralite unit is connected to a UPS along with other network equipment (router, switch, etc).
I tried using the restore function through the web portal, however, when I select “browse” (for the file), I expected to take me to the mios server (where it said it was going to store the backup file), but instead, it opened a file manager expecting me to find the file on my network ! ??.
The Veralite appears to be sane since it is responding through the web portal, just doesn’t have all the devices that I originally installed.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Thanks for responding, the devices are 2 Leviton Dimmer modules, 1 GE plugin dimmer and 1 inline plugin module with power sensor … that’s it.
Also, the Red LED was ON continuously. I tried restoring a backup from the server and it did not restore my devices, nor did it reset the RED LED.
I got frustrated and restored the unit to factory defaults. The RED was no longer ON.
I then restored a known-good configuration and the RED LED remained OFF, however, my devices never re-appeared.
I guess I just have to walk around and add them all again. Good thing I only have 4 of them!
