I need to try to make this connection work. I thought I did all my homework but boy was I Wrong! I had someone install this deadbolt and a new doorknob…I found out that the firmware needed to be above 5.8 and That was right for the bolt. Well for a solid week I have tried to get registered on the website and I didn’t have clue I was this stupid…I never use that word but THAT IS HOW I FEEL.
Then I thought maybe it wasn’t going to work at all…I’m in desperate need of help. Don’t think I can afford to hire someone to do the work since the cost I already have invested.
Is it going to work and if so how will I EVER get a simple list of instructions on getting it to work. I truly think after that I will be able to add what I may need in future. I am widowed and someone tried to break in three weeks ago. Shook me up…
