Veralite Green LED constanly flashing cannot access gateway

I cannot access the gateway was working OK. Tried hitting the reset button no luck.Contacted Tech Support still no response.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I finally defaulted the unit got to come online.

Thankfully I do not have to many device to re-enroll.
