So im new to the Vera world and this week i got my VeraEdge with 1.7.1419 and the newer ad2usb run 2.2.8a i believe with a Vista20p Panel. Now the problem I have is that I can not arm my system or even get a status from my panel. I have contacted Nutech to confirm everything is working with the Ad2usb and the panel which it is because i can arm it with the keypad software. So somewhere between the Vera and Ad2usb there is a communication problem. I have called Vera and they were no help and im going on a couple of days with an email ticket with no help yet. I really bought the system for the alarm part of it. When I set up the system i got the can’t detect device but support fixed that problem but i still cant get a status or arm my system. I have googled everything and still can not find a solution for the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
I will have more time this week to take a peek again. I need to see about turning on logging and then reading the logs to hunt for some answers.
I am surprised they have not just connected to yours to fix it. Last I heard that was a common resolution for firmware issues they have had over the years.

Thanks. I have gotten a few emails from the tier 2 support and was told to uninstall the plugin and install it again than add my zones and have now done that. Also told me to store my pass code to arm and disarm but it won’t arm or disarm it yet. Still have no status with it. Grrr
