VeraEdge UI7 Remote Access not working

I am unable to login to remote site going through Vera fails.

After login in through Vera, I get just the Vera logo. After waiting maybe a minute I get “Luup engine is taking longer to reload.” and other test. I then “circles green” under “Remote Access”. Any suggestions? Sorry if I missed this somewere.

Does it work locally? Pulling the power and plugging back in usually fixes this problem.

Yes, works fine locally. I’ve rebooted, -no change. Firewall enabled/disabled, -no change.

Sounds like a phone call to MCV might be your best option.
