[ul][li]Power light solid orange.[/li]
[li]WiFi light green, with occasional blinks.[/li][/ul]
The dashbard says “Luup engine is taking longer to reload”.
The unit will seemingly respond to a reboot request from the dashboard, but after approx 30 seconds goes back to a hung state with Power light solid orange.
Also my Reset and Help buttons don’t seem to want to press… so I’m not sure I could to a reflash. And I’m on a Mac… I can round up a PC if necessary.
I sent an email to “support@getvera.com” yesterday but have not heard from anyone. How do I get tech support??

Good point.. Since they are on pacific time, the real question "is the middle of their day?" Not exactly when to call. Should I call at 3PM Eastern standard time?
