Preface this by saying today is first day using Vera3, so I am new to the UI, and setup concepts.
I was able to get Philips HUE set up without incident, but 2nd order of business was set up of Sonos, and i am failing to configure at this point.

In troubleshooting, i’ve seen the following error message in the Player tab (see screenshot)
“Error executing function J_Sonos1.js.Sonos_showPlayer(): Cannot set property ‘backgroundColor’ of undefined”

and in the Settings tab, regardless of whether i Discover, or directly enter the IP address of the Sonos player, I am unable to see any of the Sonos information.

have tried multiple browsers, have installed the UPnP app as well.

before i go much further in my own troubleshooting, does the error message provide some sort of indication as to where things are failing?

You are running UI7 so please go in the Sonos subsection and read the topic at top relative to UI7 compatibility. You will discover a version that works better.

Thank you for your very quick reply. I saw your other post which listed the 4 updated xml files to upload.
I was able to upload them, and once done, i was able to discover my sonos components, and all seems to be working ok

I’m new here. Got my Vera3 2 days back. I’m connecting my Sonos system to Vera but got the error as bkanemios above.

How and where the files need to be uploaded. Any help is appreciated.
