vera3 not working!!!!

Out the blue, the vera3 is not working, it was until yestarday, I cannot access the thing via my Iphone, I am using the very expensive app “iVera”, at home works very erratic, some times I am able to access it from my computer, most of the time don’t work. Router working properly, any idea??? Not too impress with this thing!

Update:
Well, the whole weekend I have not been able to access the system and this is not acceptable. Glad that I ordered this thing from Amazon, and 30 days hast not passed! Guess what? Sending this thing back!

Did you try to reboot it? Could be your router or switch? How do you have it connected?? Are there any LED lights on the unit?

Good luck…I have three of them, and none of them work reliably. I have contacted Tech support and got the infamous. “Wait for the next firmware release routine for the past 3 months”. They still don’t work reliably. I wish I had an answer for you, but it seems that the VERA 3 may be just an expensive doorstop.

If you find out any answers as to its “hit or miss” antics, let me know.
