Hello everyone,
My Vera3 just died, it as working fine than I stepped out of house to get something and when came back it was dead. No lights whatsoever, Tried using different power port, different power cable but the result was unchanged.
Then I called my supplier and he said it has happened only second time in last two years and he is happy to replace the unit. Replacing the unit may solve the issue but the question is how would I trust Vera again if it just goes blank out of nowhere.
Has it ever happened to anyone?

Electronics fail. It is the fact of life. I would not worry so much. I’ve owned my Vera 3 for several years now and it has not caused any hardware issues.

I have had my Vera 3 installed in vacation property for the past several years. Despite frequent thunderstorms, and power outages (which are more severe and frequent at the beach) I have never had any problems. It just keeps on running…
