Vera2 to Vera3 - Move Z-Wave Devices only

Is there a way to move the Z-Wave devices ONLY to a VERA3 from VERA2.
Similar to moving devices between handheld controllers.

I would prefer not to upgrade my Vera2 to UI5 in case of problems.

I do not mind rename devices and setting up all of my scenes … I just do not want to go through the unlearn/learn cycle and I do not want to migrate junk from my Vera2 over to Vera3.

Are you planning on running both Vera’s simultaneously, or keep Vera2 powered-off but fully configured ‘just in case’ and eventually ‘reset’ her after you’re happy with Vera3?

I plan to reset the Z-Wave network on Vera2-UI4 to disconnect with the existing devices.
If I have to restore … I can use my last Vera2-UI4 Backup.
