Vera2 running on UI4 malfunctioning

Hello I have a zwave vera 2 linked with a Schalge deadbolt lever. I am currently running UI4. I installed this set up at my condo which is about 4.5 hours away. When I first set the vera2 up, I updated the software (version 1.1.1245)(big mistake) as the updated UI4 lacked a lot of the logging features. I am able to lock and unlock the front door until about a month ago. Now the battery icon on my Schlage deadbolt has a “?” mark on it. I cannot do anything to the lock anymore. I got my cleaning lady to change to a new battery for the lock but still the problem persists. Can anyone tell me what the “?” on the battery Icon mean? Can I fix this remotely or do I have to physically be at the location of Vera to do this?
On my other vera2, the software version is 1.1.992 UI4 and that vera2 is running perfectly.

The question mark means there wasn’t an update of the battery level for more than 7 days.

I thought the Schlage deadbolt (as opposed to the lever) had 2 sets of batteries; did you replace all of them?

I just replaced the battery two months ago with a energizer lithium type. Do you know how i can restore the battery communication?? thanks.
